Welcome to FnB Help, where over four decades of hands-on experience and a deep passion for the culinary arts come together to elevate your restaurant operation. Our founder embarked on his culinary journey in 1985 - before legally being allowed to work in Michigan - diving headfirst into every role the restaurant industry had to offer at his ripe, young age, from dishwasher to bartender.

At just 18 years old, he knew that a lifelong career in the culinary world was his calling. He navigated the challenges of the 90s and 2000s with grace and determination, all while gathering valuable experience and pursuing his dream. During this time, he worked at top restaurants in Northern Idaho, Southeast Florida, Northern Michigan, and earned a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from one of the most respected Culinary Institutions at the time. This formal education, combined with his diverse experiences, laid a strong foundation for the future.

With a decade of post-grad,  progressive operational experience and a move to Austin, Texas, in 2010, he cemented his consulting career and has since dedicated his expertise to helping restaurants across the country thrive. Now located in southeast Michigan, his ability to understand the unique needs of each establishment and tailor solutions accordingly makes him an invaluable partner for any restaurant looking to optimize its operations.
